Dr. Alicia Millard has a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree, Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, and years of dedicated service as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). In 2023, she furthered her education by obtaining her doctorate in social work, solidifying her position as a practitioner and enabling her to develop innovative solutions for the pressing issue of affordable housing for the elderly community.

Dr. Millard’s extensive background includes working with diverse populations, such as adults aged 18 and over, veterans, and the homeless. She has provided crucial support for their mental health, substance use, and trauma-related concerns. Recognizing the challenges seniors face in accessing safe and affordable housing while maintaining their independence, Dr. Millard has made it her mission to address this pressing need.
